Don't let the name "heat pump" fool you. Because when it comes to providing you with indoor comfort, it's equal parts heating AND cooling. That's right: one system that can replace your existing heating and cooling systems, just like that. During the summer, a heat pump captures heat from inside a home and transfers it to the outdoor air through a condensing unit. During the winter, the process is reversed. Heat is captured from outdoor air, compressed, and released inside. At times a new heat pump can be a difficult choice since rarely would you need a new furnace and central AC system at the same time.

Our team of commercial and industrial HVAC installers have completed hundreds of new and replacement installations. Our clientele includes schools, medical facilities, machine shops, restaurants, office buildings, and more. Even better, we can plan and implement the project from design through finished installation. At the same time, we understand you want more than comfortable business surroundings. You want equipment you can depend on, and installation company that can maintain and repair what they install.

Every day, all sorts of pollutants can be found inside your home. Some originate from within, and others are ushered or carried in from open windows and doors, clothes, and the bottom of people's shoes. In fact, and according to the EPS, indoor air - on average - is twice as polluted than the air outdoors. It kind makes you feel itchy, scratchy, and sneezy just thinking about it. The greater the build-up, the greater the potential for negative health side effects, such as colds, flus, allergies, asthma, and other respiratory ailments.

As a business owner, you know how costly down time can be, no matter what the cause might be. On the flip side, you also know that the better and more comfortable the environment, the more productivity you can expect from you team. That's where we come in: Optimum Air. No matter what make or model of heating and cooling equipment you own, we're here to keep it in top working condition. At your request, for example, well create a custom, ongoing maintenance plan designed to help ensure equipment problems are kept at a minimum.

Okay, so we're exaggerating somewhat to make the point, which is this: your heating system is a complex network of components that all need to work together to deliver the desired end result. But they can't KEEP working together effectively without a little help. The kind that comes from an annual tune-up and inspection from the heating pros at Optimum Air Co. The average heating system has a "shelf" life of about 10-12 years. Doing the math, it loses (on average) close to 10% of its operating efficiency and performance every year.

It's easy to under-appreciate just how taxing Dallas summers are on air conditioning equipment. Especially when we hit those triple degree days and nearly triple-degree nights. To help revive and serve you to its full capability, contact Optimum Air Co today for our professional tune-up and inspection service. Think of it this way. Annual maintenance is really preventative maintenance. The better it's maintained, the less likely it is to cause you problems. In fact, enroll in our Optimum Service Plan and annual heating AND cooling system maintenance are included in your one low annual fee.

Bought an ac unit back in 2018 from them. They've been helpful and honest throughout the support and maintenance of it. Had a couple things go wrong, but they quickly corrected them.

Michael was on time for my appointment and was able to fix my situation in no time. It was good to see the owner of the company come out and actually interact with the customers and it was also good to support a local business. He was very knowledgeable about what issues I had and what needed to be resolved. I'd had a negative experience with someone from their company ( who is no longer with them per Michael), and he was very apologetic about that experience, and this went a long way to restoring my confidence. While probably not the cheapest out there, I will definitely keep them as my company to use because of the quality of the work done.

Michael from Optimum came out on time and the appointment was easy to make too. I thought I had a dead capacitor. Turns out my motor was just stuck. After checking everything all I got charged for was the visit. No pressure sales. No questionable broken parts. Did exactly what was needed and nothing more. Enjoying my cool room

This is my go to AC company! These guys are professional and very good at their job. Have referred them to my family and friends too.
