Elmwood Self Storage & Wine Cellar is more than just a typical storage facility, which is my favorite about it. Along with everything this business has to offer, the professional and friendly staff makes this business greater than their competitors. This is a really great place and I really enjoyed customer service especially from Alyssa who treated me so special.she is very resourceful and I will definitely recommend these services to my family and friends. This storage facility is a very large, clean facility.
I had previously given Elmwood Self Storage a 5 star review. The facility is great and I've been a happy customer for nearly 3 years now. Unfortunately, yesterday all that changed. I received email notice that Elmwood Self Storage has decided (in a pandemic that has obliterated the economy) to raise their prices on long-term, existing clients with the excuse of unavoidable new expenses and taxes forcing the increase. It's also worth noting that they're currently offering NEW customers 50% off for their first 3 months rent on the front page of their website. That any company that would decide the make this move in the current economy is appalling and they've lost my business.
The staff can't return phone calls or emails, ever. And when you call them on it they say it's your problem. I've gone to every one of their events and put up with their ridiculous amounts of emails but no more. They can learn to answer them if they're gonna send them out all the time.
