Phoenix residents commonly face scorpions, termites, ants, cockroaches, and rodents. Our specialized treatments target these desert-adapted pests using methods specifically designed for Arizona's climate and construction types.
How often should I schedule pest control?
Most homes benefit from quarterly treatments, with additional visits during peak pest seasons. Commercial properties typically require monthly service. We customize schedules based on property type, location, and specific pest pressures.
Are your treatments safe for pets and children?
Yes. We use EPA-registered products applied by licensed technicians following strict safety protocols. Our Integrated Pest Management approach minimizes chemical use while maintaining effectiveness through exclusion techniques and habitat modification.
Do you offer termite warranties?
We provide comprehensive termite protection plans with transferable warranties. Our treatment guarantees cover re-treatment at no additional cost if termites return between scheduled service visits when under active maintenance agreement.
What happens during a free inspection?
Our technicians perform complete property assessments, identifying pest entry points, active infestations, and prevention opportunities. The inspection includes a detailed report and customized treatment proposal with no obligation to proceed with services.
