The people are nice in person and on the phone BUT they charge $150 for after hours and that $ will not go towards a repair if done. The quoted me $1650 for a repair that was full of alot of fancy terms, with no details of actual parts. I got a 2nd opinion (Chas Roberts) and they quoted me $350 for a part that I mentioned I had been told by Cluff was broken and $100 for labor ($450 total- $1200 less than Cluff). When Chas Roberts went in my attic, he noticed electrical tape was stuck to something, hence why zones were not switching. NO CHARGE. Beware of upcharges with these guys- get a 2nd opinion.

Just wanted to update you on things, Between the new evaporator coil, the programmable thermostat and APS rate plan changes, June bill we saved $53.42 and July we saved $158.24 over the same time in 2017. The Honeywell thermostat has a feature that helps with the on-peak and off-peak plans of APS. Thanks agian my friend.

Our air conditioning unit stopped working yesterday, and Cluff Mechanical responded quickly, diagnosed the problem, and came over first thing this morning to fix it. I highly recommend them.
