Excellent service and super nice showroom. We have been looking to purchase a grill for a while. The very first place we went to was Dixie, and we are glad we did. If you are looking for a great grill at even better prices this is the only place to go. Was told that if delivery was needed they would deliver. You don't see that anywhere else! Also the grill came with free tool set. The grill that we bought wasn't the most expensive one the had. Trust me they have some pretty awesome top of the line grills. And to 100% honest I was very impressed with the price of the more expensive ones. But the one we bought was stainless steel with the igniters built into the knobs for super easy lighting, and a HUGE cooking area and I am just overall extremely pleased with the customer service and the quality of the grill. Will always be a customer!
I bought gas logs from Dixie Products about 6 years ago. This week they stopped working. My son and I did everything we could think of (dusting, vacuuming, cleaning), but the pilot light would not stay lit. I went to Dixie Products thinking that I would have to buy new logs. When I explained my problem to a sales lady (a lady with a slight German accent), she said said "no, you don't need new logs. I'll show you how to clean the thermo-couple". We went home and cleaned the thermo-couple with the pipe-cleaner she gave us, and the logs are working again! That lady saved me a lot of money! How refreshing to find people who are more concerned about customer satisfaction than they are about selling you something. I highly recommend Dixie Products. Thank you to that wonderful sales lady.
