Then Joel reached out and visited a 4th time, doing a more aggressive treatment and explaining in detail the way a yellow jacket colony behaves and why he did what he did. We have not seen a yellow jacket since. All the technicians were prompt, courteous, and emailed us a detailed report of their service. I highly recommend Cooper Pest Solutions.
