Maurice came out today and gave us an honest opinion about what is wrong with our oven. He had the cheapest service call fee around and was very knowledgeable and gave an honest assessment on what our issues were. There was no pressure to make a decision and he gave us time to think about what we want to do. He was training someone while he was here and you could tell he knows his stuff! I highly recommend calling Chris Appliance. You won't regret it!

This is probably our 4th time using Chris Appliance on the machines at 3 separate properties. He's thorough & punctual and so knowledgeable; this guy knows his stuff and he's free to share it because he doesn't work for a store that sells appliances. That's refreshing!

This is my second experience, and both have been outstanding. Maurice is professional, knowledgeable, clean and organized. I would highly recommend. I had him work on a dishwasher and a dryer (2 separate occasions) and was very pleased. Thank you for great service!
