Our Pest-X Technician Cory did our mosquito control the other day while I was home, so I was able to watch the service being provided. I must say I was very impressed in how thorough he was, I didn't see an area missed. It is my understanding he is new to the pest control business, so something should be said about those responsible for his training, Well done! After the service Cory called us to let us know he was done and asked if we had any questions. He spoke to my wife but I was able to hear the conversation on speaker phone.

Austin was the service member that came out for the mosquito treatment. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the process. He completed the treatment quickly and even focused on special target areas where mosquitos were likely to congregate. It’s not very often that I see great customer service these days, so I don’t mind one bit giving a 5-Star Review when it’s due! Thank you Pest X and Austin for coming out and doing a great job!

After treating our lawn for mosquitos, Austin informed my husband we have a bald face hornet nest in one of our trees along the driveway. He came back today and took care of the problem. This company has been great at all aspects of service; communication, responsiveness, quality work and always on time. I highly recommend them and especially Austin. So glad we made the switch from our previous provider.

Nick Faw was great! Texted me before arrival, arrived earlier than expected which was also wonderful. He asked if I had any trouble spots for mosquito treatment and got straight to work. I appreciate his professionalism as well. So far this is a great company. Quick to respond to text messages, emails or phone calls.

Nick came by this morning and did a great job! He’s always on time, calls to let us know he’s here and gives us reminders for recommendations on when we can let our dog out. He’s great!
