I had an incredibly frustrating experience with this store. I contacted them about a range that they are *still* advertising. They told me to come down and take a look. I took the morning off work to come down like they asked me and was shown the unit. I asked some questions and examined it and decided that it would fit my needs. I then said I would like to purchase the range and this is where it gets weird.
