If I could 0 stars I would. Bad customer service all around. Promise to call, promise to make the situation right after selling the fridge we had on hold to someone else. No return calls, emails. I understand this is a discounted shop but you still need to treat potential customers well and not make promises you cannot live up to. I would not suggest shopping from this chain and I will gladly tell my friends not to as well.
