HVAC Installation
We provide complete HVAC system installations for residential and light commercial properties. Our technicians perform heat load calculations to ensure proper system sizing, and install energy-efficient heating and cooling solutions including gas furnaces, heat pumps, and advanced ductless systems tailored to each property's unique requirements.
Geothermal Solutions
Our geothermal system installations offer environmentally friendly heating and cooling using WaterFurnace and Bosch products. These systems provide up to 70% energy savings compared to traditional HVAC, with quiet indoor operation and reduced maintenance requirements through underground loop systems that protect components from weather exposure.
Ductless HVAC
As the only Mitsubishi Diamond Contractor in Athens, we install ductless mini-split systems that deliver zoned temperature control without ductwork. These quiet, energy-efficient units mount near ceilings and include air filtration systems to remove dust and pathogens while providing precise climate control for homes and businesses.
Carbon Monoxide Testing
Our NCI-certified technicians perform comprehensive carbon monoxide testing using calibrated analyzers to detect dangerous gas levels. We install low-level CO monitors that detect concentrations as low as 5 ppm, providing enhanced safety for families, children, and elderly residents through early warning systems and proper ventilation solutions.
HVAC Maintenance
We offer seasonal maintenance checks for existing HVAC systems, including duct cleaning, thermostat calibration, and component inspections. Our preventive maintenance services help extend equipment lifespan, improve energy efficiency, and ensure safe operation of heating and cooling systems throughout Athens County.
