If I could give zero stars for being a thief I would. A repair was carried out that they claimed was covered under my home warranty. We paid the agreed co-pay $55 and they charged my card 3 times that amount without my knowledge or authorisation! We declined the original repair because it wasn't covered under the service agreement. They then called back telling us it was and would we like the repair? We were happy to have it done as long as it was covered. Turns out it never was covered he lied then just charged our card whatever the hell he wanted. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. THIS IS THE SECOND REVIEW WITH THESE SIMILAR CIRCUMSTANCES. IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY IN YOUR BANK ACCOUNT CHOOSE SOMEONE ELSE
Do not, I repeat do not use this company. They have committed an unauthorized credit card charge without my consent. I called them, when my Refrigator needed repair. They came out, for the initial $99 service call, which they said would be deducted from the total if I completed the job with them. I agreed to this.
