Thomas Service Company has its origins in an electronics store owned by Mike Thomas. Mike sold radios, records, and the first color TVs in St. Paul, MN. As technology advanced, he began stocking appliances. In 1977, Mike's son, Jim, made his own contribution to the family legacy by opening Thomas Service Company. Over the years, Jim developed his own reputation for friendliness and quality workmanship. His attention to detail and care for customer's homes started a loyal following. Under the watchful eye of his father, Jim, Mark Thomas continued the family legacy by learning everything he could about appliance repair and eventually taking the reins from his dad.
