County Wide has been out here a minimum of 10 times. It has taken them at least 2-3 visits each time to "fix" appliance. Wrong van, wrong tools, also worked on GE Monogram Oven told me it was fixed (before I could use) and now it doesn't work at all. I had a usable washing machine and after 1 visit I can't use at all now until they order parts, come back - wrong part can't use another week. 3 visits and still can't wash clothes.
No idea when it will be fixed. All these appliances are less than a year old. Technician is miserable to work with and they will not send another to my area. I would never recommend and only are using bc my warranty won't let me go elsewhere. Buyer beware.
