Dan Erickson should be recognized for outstanding customer service. He was knowledgeable, courteous and performed quality work in the repair of our garage door opener. We will use Precision again in the future. Dave did a great job, had everything replaced within an hour! The only reason I've submitting 4 stars (instead of 5) is because he didn't mention a Senior Citizen discount or Military discount. On a fixed income, that would've been a plus. Mike Gonyo did a very professional job on our garage door.

Called on a Wednesday night and Derrick was here right away Thursday morning! Very friendly and knowledgeable service. Derrick was great to work with! I enjoyed the no pressure experience in which options are presented for the repair and I get to choose. Service Tech Kurt showed up less than an hour after the initial contact inquiring about the estimate & services. Very nice, polite, professional & friendly Tech. Tech Kurt wore his protective face mask upon arrival & replaced 2 springs on our garage door in a short time.
