Dennis arrived a bit late but we were informed of the delay in a timely manner and he was able to get the AC system checked out and ready for the summer season very quickly once he arrived. Had technician come out on 12/31/ 15 ( less than 90 days ago)he stated I needed a new Inducer motor in which I paid $499.95 with a $79.95 diagnostic fee. My furnace just went out again ( blower not working) and for them to come out they want me to pay another $79.95 diagnostic fee! What type of customer service is that? And what is the purpose of me having a " l year warranty" as stated on my paperwork?

This place is a rip off! Kurt! Your salesman stated that the inducer motor is for the blower( which isn't working). As a courtesy to your customers, if I received service from you less than 90 days ago. In which there were no other problems and YOUR service guy stated that I have a good furnace and it's fairly new(5 years) why wouldn't you try to at least come out ( without another service charge of $79.95) and find out why my furnace has gone out this soon?

It's another thing if he found another issue once he arrives, but to not even come out and check is insane, and it's bad business! As a company your goal should be customer satisfaction, in which customer satisfaction keeps continued business, and referrals to other customers. This is not the case! Also, it would have been ideal to even talk to the service guy, or any of your service guys over the phone. No one even tried to walk me through the issue or even have a concern for that matter. Your receptionist just rudely stated its a service charge to come out! That's great customer service as well!
