I was very pleased with the service of Ken. He offered a solution to my broken door and installed a new opener on one door. Other companies would not fix the door but suggested replacing both. Ken listened to my side and created a solution that keeps my original door working well. This was all done after normal hours and I do appreciate the great customer service. Had an emergency call put in for our garage door repair at 4pm and Ken was out a few hours. Same day service! I called and they came out that same afternoon and installed my new garage door opener!
