Rob Z came this morning to do our annual heating check. As always he was professional in all ways and friendly. He did his usual service check thoroughly but also in a timely fashion and was gone again within the hour. I always feel better about the cold days coming as long as I know my furnace will be performing at its best.

9:30 P.M. Friday night 12/23/17 no heat called Hoekstra the service tech was Marshall W. He was at my house with in the hour. He was very nice courteous, and very knowledgeable. Marshall was a great representative for Hoekstra. I would recommend Hoekstra 100%. Thanks again.
