I bought my furnace and air conditioner through them. Furnace approximately 4 years ago. A year after we bought had to have them out to work on it. And was also told the furnace would be quieter. Nope it is louder than the original to the house. Now had them out again today for my air conditioner which is not even 3 years old. For some reason it was low on refrigerant. Had all the lines replaced so I wouldn't have a leak. So where did it go. all still under warranty but it still cost me over $400 today. I will never use them again. Nice to see that they stand behind their work.
Has customer service gone to the wayside? My mom hired Lovings to fix her furnace the guy rings the door bell doesn't say hi introduce himself or anything and sighs and then rolls his eyes! Then all he says is "thermostat". I'm like ok then he comes downstairs and sighs rolls his eyes and throws his bags down. (am I being punked?) Was here for 10 min charged my mom almost $200 to clean the flame sensor, she had to scrounge money being a retired widow and he gave her an attitude for paying with cash and check! She called to complain and only then found out his name was Robert. Their response, they said "we don't get complaints"! Shame on you Lovings!
Long story short. My first ever experience here was very disappointing. I purchased a valve for 160.00 for my personal furnace. Come to find out my furnace was shot. After purchasing a new furnace and having it installed by an outside contractor. A month or so went by and I finally found time to return valve yesterday. I was told owner had to look it over to make sure it was not installed. Understandable. I new it wasn't so no big deal. I received a call today by secretary stating that they can only give me half of my money back because the bottom of the box was slightly wet. Due to a tea spilling on my floorboard and the box absorbed some of it. Bottom line is they charged me 70.00 for the box. I will never return here for any reason.#greedalwaysloos es

Out with the old & in with the new. Fun project we had over in portage. Bosch 18 seer inverter heat pump/ac & a new updated boiler. The original boiler was from the 1970's but a gas hog no doubt.
