The absolute best customer service I have ever received! We moved our Rhino Shelves with us to a new state. Cindy, Don and Aaron FaceTimed us and stayed with us until our units were installed correctly. They even sent the spare parts we needed and educated our less than competent handyman on how to install them correctly. Everything is off the floor, organized and ship shape. This Navy wife is thrilled with their professionalism, accessibility, kindness, pride in their product and ability to educate.
