We purchased a Big Green Egg a few weeks ago. Since we were traveling a bit we decided to pass on the free assembly. The gentlemen that helped us load up also gave us some great tips that made the assembly a breeze, thanks guys appreciated the great service! We've cooked steaks, a pork shoulder and chicken so far. Controlling temp with the Big Green Egg is a breeze. Cooked our steaks at 750 and slow roasted the pork shoulder at 300 for 7 hours only checking it twice while we spent the day on the boat, nice!
