Our Extended Facility Services division provides cleaning services and contract management for large, geographically dispersed operations. This operation was built based on the principle of partnership, ensuring the needs of the customer, subcontractor and finally our team are being met. Many master contractor operations focus only on the problem at hand, we prefer to take a proactive and team building approach with our subcontractors, working together to provide the highest quality service. Our Regional Contract Managers are exclusively dedicated to reviewing the quality of service being delivered, communicating the needs of each location to the subcontractor, following up with the branch location and Facility Manager to verify that the services provided are meeting or exceeding expectations.
