You guys rock! As with all of Balance Point guys Ian was extremely knowledgeable and patient enough to deal with me asking questions. It is great to have someone to call that knows the heating and cooling world and will help when needed. I look forward to getting Codey in our house to work on a few plumbing issues as well.

Dave and Luke serviced an old boiler at my Church in Loveland. During a routine check up it was brought to our attention that we had a water leak and a few other repairs were needed.
Dave and Luke clearly communicated there arrival time, how long the repairs would take and had all of the parts loaded onto their truck.

Nick S from Balance Point Fort Collins was at my home to do the fall/winter service on my two furnaces today. I found him to be very thorough and knowledgeable with the work that he did. He also did a great job identifying some possible upgrades I could do to my systems to make them more efficient at humidifying and cleaning the air in my home.
