Just had my carpets cleaned by Jack!! Great customer service!! He greeted me with a squinty masked smile, knowledgeable, quick and most importantly he got the job done thoroughly!! My carpets are super clean and it didn’t take that long!! I had pet issues and high traffic areas!! Definitely will be using him again!! Thank you so much!!!

I searched multiple businesses to come into our home and do our carpets, JPS did my apartment, vacuumed it first (which another service did not do) and used clean water to steam (I’ve heard stories of ppl using reused water..) JPS was extremely professional and knowledgeable about our carpets and very personable, I feel like that’s a big thing for me when it comes to people coming into your home. Anyway, highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed! He was also courteous to remind me of our appointment, time frame, and was here on the dot. Our carpets look brand new!

Wonderful communication from the start. I sent out a lot of quote requests and Jack was fast, clear and helpful. He also followed up with me after I put the request on hold for a bit. Amazing rates, most reasonable rate I've seen in years on carpet cleaning, and my carpets look amazing! With a toddler and a dog, in an older rental, that can be hard to do. Looking forward to doing business again Thanks!
