Services
Commercial Cleaning
Our commercial cleaning service maintains pristine environments for businesses across Silicon Valley. Using eco-friendly products and HEPA-filter vacuums, we handle dusting, mopping, restroom sanitization, and waste management. Specialized teams address floor care, window cleaning, and deep disinfection using electrostatic sprayers. This service reduces allergens and pathogens while meeting sustainability goals through non-toxic solutions.
Electrostatic Disinfection
This advanced disinfection method uses electrostatic sprayers to cover surfaces evenly with EPA-approved solutions. Ideal for offices, schools, and healthcare facilities, it kills 99.9% of pathogens on contact. The charged particles reach difficult areas 50% faster than traditional methods while using 65% less chemical solution. Perfect for post-COVID reopening protocols and regular maintenance.
Facility Maintenance
Our preventive maintenance service includes HVAC filter changes, pressure washing, lightbulb replacement, and eco-painting. Trained technicians perform quarterly inspections to identify issues before they escalate. We handle corrective maintenance for equipment defects and implement predictive strategies to extend asset lifespans. This comprehensive approach reduces long-term costs while maintaining facility safety and compliance.
Day Porter Services
Professional day porters maintain cleanliness during business hours through continuous waste management, surface sanitizing, and supply restocking. They handle restroom maintenance, breakroom cleaning, and high-touch surface disinfection in real-time. This service prevents mess accumulation in high-traffic areas while ensuring compliance with environmental regulations through proper waste segregation and disposal.
Office Reopening Procedures
Specialized service for businesses resuming operations after closures. Includes deep cleaning of HVAC systems, mold remediation, and comprehensive disinfection using CDC-recommended protocols. Our teams address moisture damage, sanitize all surfaces, and implement ongoing sanitation plans. This service ensures safe reoccupation while meeting current health guidelines for commercial spaces.
