Victor Quintana and Stephan Bretin cofounded Innovative Janitorial Services, LLC ("Innovative Janitorial") in 2008, based out of Orange County, California. Prior to their partnership, both were working for a leading national corporation in the janitorial industry as operations managerial colleagues for over six years. Given each of their extensive background in the janitorial industry, and following the buyout of their former employ, the two decided to go into business together. In June 2014, Victor Quintana became the sole owner of Innovative Janitorial, and has demonstrated a matchless ability to provide continuity of excellent janitorial services and accountability.
