Please do not do business with this company. I was met with great follow up and customer assistance in the sales process, but as soon as they cashed my check they were gone. I had a minor warranty issue back in late October of 2016 and just had my ice machine fixed and it is end of January 2017. After scheduling multiple appointments that they no called and no showed, being lied to many times and then finally blaming it on that they were busy on a big job, I called another contractor that came out of Corpus Christi and fixed my machine under warranty in two days. Do not let this happen to you. Save yourself a lot time and trouble and hire someone more reputable and honest. I hope this helps.
