One of their employees was incredibly rude and verbally abusive to me in my business while he was attempting to install an AC unit. He tried to intimidate me by getting in my face and then refused to tell me his name when I called his supervisor. I would not feel safe with this individual in my home or business. I had to tell him to leave the premises midway through the job. The company immediately sent out another employee to finish the job and the business owner was very apologetic about the whole incident.

Just had a good experience with Total Comfort. Needed a new hvac system and they got mine installed fast. It was a bigger job than anticipated and the techs were fast, polite, prompt and cleaned up perfectly after themselves.
