Our AC went out today, the hottest day of the year (106 degrees). Steve, who is an absolute genius, figured out the problem and got us going again in less than an hour. We're naming our first born after him! :)

My system is 12 years old and for the past couple years another company kept pushing me to replace my AC "Its going to fail soon, you should upgrade now and get the efficiency savings". When my house started getting warm this spring I called Indoor Weather Professionals - they were polite on the phone, called ahead 30min to give me time to leave work and get home, and diagnosed the problem as my evaporator coil - replaced for less than 1/5th the cost of a new system.
They looked over my condenser/ compressor and heater unit and said they were in good shape - no pressure to add extra work I didn't need. While doing the work they also noticed a small leak in my gas service from the city and helped me get it fixed with the utility - great technicians! Honest service with professional staff - will definitely use them the next time I need work. They also registered my new coil with the manufacturer so I get full benefit of the 10-year parts warranty (I never fill out those registration cards.) - great customer service!
