As the owner's, we Garland and Bonnie Osburn, have been providing top-notch customer service while keeping with our high morals and standards. We are one of the oldest air conditioning companies in the Tampa Bay area and do whatever it takes to bring customer service to all of Florida. Owners Garland and Bonnie Osburn started the company in 1981 and have remained a local and household name ever since. Together with their family, they still own and operate Northern Air and are proud to be one of the oldest Bryant dealers in Pinellas County. It takes professional and courteous service to match the quality of Bryant comfort systems.
