EDIT- Brian Petty came and took care of the electrical issues that are mentioned in the original review. After talking with him there may have been a communication breakdown between us and the original service tech, but either way Parham, and specifically Mr. Petty, came and took care of the issues that I had and now everything is working correctly.

Brandon Middleton was on time and very professional. He immediately got to work and went under the house and found a water line to the refrigerator had a leak. Fixed the leak and save us on water bill. Will definitely recommend to others because of the professionalism and mannerisms.
