It would be nice if the in store sales were the same as online. My daughter found a pair of shoes that fit her nicely today in the store but could not find another so we could not take advantage of the Buy 1 get 1 1/2 off. We live 1/2 hour from your store and going there was the sole purpose of our trip today. I asked if they would honor the 25% off for 1 pair as is the online sale. They refused, said they couldn't do that. I know I could have gone home and ordered them online but at that point, I chose to shop elsewhere. Famous Footwear was happy to accommodate me and offered me a coupon that allowed me to purchase the same shoes for less money.
Do not order online unless your prepared to pay twice. I will find some place else to shop for shoes.
This is definitely one of the worst places to buy shoes! Bought 2 pair of shoes, the first pair was nice the second pair was dirty like they had been worn before and the whole top of the box was ripped off! Got a replacement just for them to be dirty and the wrong size! Just terrible never again!
