Just had Joaos team come to the house today and WOW was I impressed! They came early, were super friendly (I am not that chipper at 8am and they were lovely) and had everything taken care of. Immediately went to work, scrubbed the entire house (where there are 2 working parents, 2 dogs and a toddler in the home) and finished within 4 hours! Everything was pristine and smelled wonderful.
Will call this team for next month! I highly recommend not only this team, but the company as a whole. Easy booking, fantastic communication before and after the appointment. All around great experience.

I needed a last minute cleaner for family coming in town and reached out to CleanZen. I really appreciated their ability to come on short notice and early in the morning. My house was spotless and they even did special touches like doing hotel folds on my kitchen and bath towels as well as decorative design on toilet paper and tissues. It was worth every penny and I will use their services again!

Marci’s team was fantastic! She came with 2 other ladies and did a deep clean of our 4 bed 2 bathroom house in about an hour and a half. It looks great!! The gas stove especially was gross and they scraped and cleaned every spot of it. Thank you guys!

First, they called to cancel/delay twice in one day, only minutes before we were expecting cleaners to arrive. Because we were paying extra for a fridge cleaning, this means I emptied and re-stocked the fridge three times in one day. May as well have cleaned the fridge myself at that point.
Once they finally did arrive 6 hours later, the cleaners didn’t mop the floors, did not clean the baseboards, and missed some of the windows. They also didn’t dust very well and didn’t make the bed even though all the clean sheets were laid out. So, we paid more than $300 for something that really cannot be considered a deep clean - which is more than $100 than I have ever paid for an actual deep clean of this house. I am not the type to complain but this is ridiculous.
The only reason I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because out of the things the cleaners did do, they did a very good job. Cleanzen doesn’t seem to believe us that the cleaners didn’t do a deep clean, but I can’t imagine the cleaners themselves are being dishonest about it so I’m not sure what’s going on here. All I know is that I’m very frustrated and would like about $150 back.

Patricia N. did such a fabulous job when deep cleaning my home. Everything was so clean and fresh and she went above and beyond my expectations (I.e. folded some laundry I had left out, made the bed, changed the sheets etc. ). She got areas of the house that I would spend hours cleaning cleaner than I ever could in less time! Overall, so so happy and looking forward to her next visit!

This was my first time using cleanzen and I am so impressed. The price was good, the cleaners & job done was even better. My cleaning people was Rafaela's Team. I was so impressed. Everything was spotless. Even places I didn't think about I noticed how clean it was. I highly recommend.
As a 22 year old working 45-50 hours a week with a studio apartment, the price was more than reasonable. I came home feeling relaxed

Marci was our cleaner, and she did a superb job. She was punctual, pleasant, worked hard, and did all the specific cleaning tasks that we asked her at the beginning to do. By the time she finished, several hours later, our home was spotless, with all windows and mirrors, all stainless, all brass— spotless and shiny. She dusted everywhere, even tiny nooks and crannies. She pleasantly worked around our own schedule, doing rooms in an order that was not obtrusive. We have high praise for her work and professionalism.
