General Cleaning
Our comprehensive general cleaning service maintains daily cleanliness across commercial spaces. We focus on high-traffic areas, restrooms, and common spaces using premium disinfectants. Clients benefit from consistent, reliable maintenance that preserves professional environments while reducing employee absenteeism through improved hygiene standards.
Window Washing
Professional window washing enhances curb appeal and natural lighting in commercial buildings. Our technicians use commercial-grade equipment to clean interior and exterior glass surfaces, removing dirt buildup that impacts first impressions. Regular maintenance prevents permanent staining while ensuring safety compliance for high-rise structures.
Carpet Cleaning
Commercial-grade carpet cleaning extends flooring lifespan and improves indoor air quality. Our steam extraction method removes deep-seated dirt and allergens from high-traffic areas. Clients receive scheduled maintenance plans that maintain appearance standards while protecting their investment in commercial carpeting through proper care protocols.
Strip & Wax Floors
Floor stripping and waxing restores shine to vinyl, tile, and terrazzo surfaces in commercial environments. Our process includes thorough cleaning, old wax removal, and application of protective coatings. Businesses benefit from slip-resistant surfaces and prolonged flooring durability while maintaining professional aesthetics in high-traffic areas.
Post-Construction
Post-construction cleaning prepares newly built or renovated spaces for occupancy. Our team removes debris, dust, and construction residues from all surfaces. Specialized equipment handles drywall dust and adhesive residues while final detailing ensures move-in readiness.
