Very unsatisfied with level of service I received after paying for a Deep Move in clean form my new home! Paid for a 4 hour deep clean and paid extra for windows and the lady who was sent to my home was only there for 2 short hours and barely did (what I consider) a surface clean! After contacting the owner AND sending pictures of the crappy job her employee did, she offered NO recourse to fix and NO refund because I didn't call her within 24 hours of job being completed! Seriously, the house was empty and nobody lived there yet! When you spend over $350 on a house cleaning, the client should be happy! Do not recommend this company to anyone
