Neal did a great job! I have an Infinity system with 6 zones. The system was shutting itself down. Neal ran the system diagnostics and traced the entire system to find a communication error. He came by the same day I called and was on time. I signed up for a maintenance contract. Awesome.
We've been using Jakes for 20+ years and have always been very happy with the quality of the repairs as well as their quick response. They are very honest, they don't try to fix things that aren't broken and we've never had to call them back because the problem wasn't taken care of.
