Since 1995, A Brite Touch Cleaning and Maintenance Company has been providing commercial cleaning for schools, churches, dental/medical practices, and turnaround cleanings for real estate rentals and sales. We offer daily, weekly, and monthly services and work with the customer to find the best cleaning schedule needed to help keep the building's environment a pleasant one to work and play in.
A Brite Touch Cleaning and Maintenance Company was started after the owner, Peter Cluett, bought the cleaning company he had worked at for many years. We have, at the heart of our success, the many wonderful companies that contract A Brite Touch Cleaning for their cleaning needs. Furthermore, we are only as good as the people who work for the company, who take pride in their work, and hold true to A Brite Touch Cleaning and Maintenance's philosophy where every job is important and everybody deserves the best service we can offer.
Cleaning is more than a four letter word, it's a frame of mind. Don't swear when you clean, sing! The better the mood the better the cleaning. If you need help getting in the mood try putting on the radio or take a quick, brisk walk before you start or maybe do a little yoga first.
Who here's been frustrated by those hard white dots on the bathroom mirror that don't just wipe away when you clean but leave a streak mark and stay behind after you're done cleaning?
When it's time to clean a dirty room try to visualize how it will look like when you're done. It usually leads to a better frame of mind than looking at the mess and getting upset about how much work it will take to get it clean. You will have a better attitude and you will feel better about how you're cleaning instead of just mumbling things under your breath and hiding things in spare rooms to get the job done quicker.
For hard surface disinfection like counters, tables, and floors you can make a disinfectant by mixing 1 tablespoon bleach with 32oz of water in a spray bottle. Pre-clean dirty surfaces first and apply the disinfectant so it wets the entire surface. (Do not let it mix with other cleaning products!) Let the solution stay on the surface for five minutes and rinse. Avoid breathing in any of the spray when spraying from the bottle. For floors and larger areas mix a 1/4 cup bleach per 1 gal of water..
For those stains in your toilet pour a cup of white distilled vinegar in the toilet and brush. Let the solution sit in the toilet after you're done so it can continue to work while you don't.
