Services
Hardwood Floor Restoration
Specialized hardwood floor sanding, sealing, and conditioning services restore worn floors to like-new condition. Using traditional paste waxing or eco-friendly Odie's Oil, we enhance natural beauty while providing durable protection against wear and moisture damage. Ideal for residential homes and commercial spaces requiring long-lasting finishes.
Tile & Grout Cleaning
Deep cleaning and restoration services for tile, ceramic, and porcelain floors remove built-up grime and stains. Our process includes high-pressure scrubbing, grout repair, and protective sealing to maintain appearance and extend floor lifespan. Suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and high-traffic commercial environments.
Commercial Floor Maintenance
Customized maintenance programs for medical offices, schools, and retail spaces include regular stripping, sealing, and burnishing. We use 19-23% solids acrylic sealers matched to traffic levels, ensuring safe, slip-resistant surfaces while maintaining professional appearance for commercial properties.
Eco-Friendly Floor Sealing
Odie's Oil application provides a non-toxic, food-safe finish that penetrates wood to prevent cracking and UV damage. This eco-conscious alternative to traditional sealers enhances grain patterns while creating durable waterproof barriers for hardwood floors, countertops, and other wood surfaces in residential settings.
Stone Floor Maintenance
Professional cleaning and restoration services for marble, granite, and slate floors. Our technicians use pH-neutral cleaners and specialized techniques to preserve natural stone surfaces while removing etching, stains, and wear patterns. Includes polishing and protective sealing to maintain luster and durability.
