Initial home cleanings include all the cleaning services performed during maintenance cleanings, plus the following as extra time allows. You can always add extra time when you schedule your first initial cleaning. Please Note: Initial House Cleaning, Oven Cleaning, Inside Fridge, Interior Cupboards, Move In/Outs, Excessive pick-up or other special request that require more time, the extra cleaning is an add on service. We disinfect your frequently touched surfaces using a fine mist of HOCl on door knobs, handrails, countertops, etc. Things like remote controls or any delicate items are treated using a sterile cloth application of HOCl.
