Just wanted to take the time to express how grateful we are for HomeSense! You truly are a breath of fresh air from the other companies out there. After meeting with several other contractors, we were at our wits end. Brad, Ashlee, Darren, Josh and Chris were all fantastic. Brad's approach to our needs was top notch. No pressure whatsoever. More companies could learn from HomeSense. So many are more concerned about the almighty dollar than their customers. Not HomeSense. You properly diagnosed the issue and many solutions to fix the issue. I will encourage all of our friends and Neighbors to reach out to HomeSense for their HVAC needs.

Brian, the owner, is a very friendly, personable and professional family man. Him and his technicians have always been honest and up front about my service needs from day 1. Ashley, who manages the office side of things, is very friendly and flexible. I won't trust my heating and cooling needs to anyone but Homesense ever again! I highly, highly recommend this company to anyone!
