Recently Covenant Heating and Cooling did a HVAC replacement job at my home. I have to say the professionalism and service was top notch. They were always timely and very communicative through each phase of the process. I never felt preassured or forced into making a decision by anyone. Chris the technician that worked on my project was very courteous and helpful answering different questions I had during the process.
He would always knock before entering the home, and was very patient with us, explaining different things he worked on. Matt their operations director is amazing, he explained everything in detail, got me the best price and came out to my home multiple times to make sure everything went smooth and that we were happy. Overall it was an excellent experience and I am happy with the service, quality if work and price. I would recommend consumers to explore their products and services as they have a good reputation and a company built on servant leadership and honesty.

We had to call on a holiday weekend for service, and even got to talk to a live person who was very helpful, and later an equally helpful technician. Chris Hamlin arrived promptly at our home, fixed the problem, answered all our questions, and provided additional information as well. The service was excellent, as has always been our experience with Covenant. We would recommend them to anyone.

Chris Hamlin rocked the install today. Partnered with Travis, it was a full eight-hour intensive and they worked their tails off. Sweet and kind.and patient with our barking dogs. I can't say enough about the job they did today. We've had Covenant install two units in houses recently and they are consistently fantastic.in every phase of the job. Customer service is unmatched in their industry. Thanks guys!
