Bryan Kidder started his business, Kidder Heating and Air Conditioning, in 1988 when he sensed a need in the community for a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning company focused on integrity and customer service. Bryan and his wife, Brenda, quit their jobs two weeks after his first daughter was born. When he told his family about his plans, they reminded him that there already was an HVAC company in Marshall. Five years later, Bryan bought that company. We have the most professional, well trained and friendliest team in the area.
Nabil was awesome! Our AC was not working. We called the company that installed our unit when we built the house and the guy said nothing was wrong, twice! Our house got up to 84. They gave us the run around and never sent someone out the third time. We called Kidder and Nabil was out within an hour on Sunday afternoon! He said immediately there was something wrong, spent almost 2 hours fixing our AC! He was so prompt, informative, nice, and had great customer service! Will definitely be going through them for all our future needs!
Horrible customer service.woul d not recommend this company! The service tech was not qualified and the owner was extremely rude when we expressed our disappointment with the service.if you are looking for a heating and cooling company.this is NOT the place!
