I recently experienced a challenging real estate transaction involving a discount broker and a particularly difficult seller who acted dishonestly and breached the contract by failing to repair her older furnace, as per the agreed-upon amendment she had accepted and signed. Our air conditioning gave out on the hottest day of the year.
