Would give zero if possible, was charged a whole lot for a brief no parts no labor service call where a nice guy I will give that, simply explained thermostat light to me, I didn't understand it and to be fair I of course expected to be charged something for coming out but not $146 for doing nothing, should have listened to a neighbor who warned me that this company rips people off, he was right, beware!
