Friday, April 15, 2022 was the first really hot day and we discovered our AC would't blow cold air. Made several phone calls to usual AC vendors and everyone was booked solid. I did a yelp/google search and found J Martin Indoor Air, Yorba Linda, with great reviews and nearby. We were put on the "waiting list" for that day and got a text from Jared about 3pm that he was on his way!! Didn't realize at first he was the owner and appreciated how hard he worked to get our old 2006 AC going, but it was not to be.

He gave us lots of options of how and what to choose as replacements and did a good look through the hot attic TWICE to make sure he covered all areas. Kevin, Irvin and one other technician came a few days later and installed all new AC/Heating, ducts, vents and a new Nest thermostat. They were friendly, hard working, knowledgeable and cleaned up well. Price was excellent. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

This Company is AMAZING!!! All of the positive reviews they have are completely legit! To go with any other company for HVAC needs would be a mistake. I recently bought a 1960s home and needed to upgrade the ancient HVAC system. After working with four HVAC companies and being bitterly disappointed by their exorbitant quotes and lack of respect for a female homeowner, I was ready to settle for sub par professionalism just to get air conditioning.

I believed that the way I was being treated, must just be an industry thing. BOY, WAS I WRONG!!!! A neighbor referred me to J Martin and after meeting Jared of J Martin, I never looked back. Jared came out practically the next day and looked over my home (despite the currently crazy HVAC schedules caused by supply shortages and increase in HVAC consumers). He listened to my needs and came up with a plan.

Then the quote...it was SUPER REASONABLE. But the exceptional service did not end there. Jared's workers, especially Kevin and Irvin (pictured below), who came to my home everyday for a week were EXCEPTIONAL. I have never had such professionals in my home before. Despite the worksite being hotter than could be, they were always respectful, well dressed, and pleasant. Any questions I had, they answered; any problems that arose, they addressed and fixed; and they were ALWAYS on time.

I was never "waiting" for them to show up. Probably the most impressive thing was that after the end of every day of work, Kevin and Irvin cleaned up the entire workspace, walkways and attic. Even though they would be returning the next day, they vacuumed and swept the areas they had used so that they were spotless. It was such a blessing to find this company. I would recommend J Martin to anyone who wants to work with professionals and true tradesmen who treat you with respect.

My AC stopped working in the middle of this heat wave when I found this company, I am so happy I did business with them. Tony came out and looked at everything, he gave suggestions and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They installed a Mitsubishi ductless AC unit in our condo that we rented. Our summers were never unbearable after that. Then when we bought our home, they installed new ducts as there was one that had asbestos. They had asbestos abatement done then installed new ducts. They also beat a competitors price when I didnt even tell them what I was quoted. I should have just called them to begin with! Great guys too!

We just had our first baby during a cold winter so we were running our heater a lot - the air getting blown into the house was giving us allergies - so I called JMARTINIAQ to clean our our air ducts and wow, what a difference - the air we breath in now is clean and feels great! They were professional, quick, and definitely economical! I highly suggest this company to anybody in need of hvac work. They also recommended to install a Quiet Cool air system - this will save me hundreds, maybe thousand of dollars, per year! Thank you so much!

Jared gave me a fantastic quote on a heating / AC and all the duct work with permits. He also took the time to look inside my attic and gave me great advice on the best way to cool down my house. He advised me that a whole house fan would be the way to go. I had it installed in June. It works great! "No more sleepless nights."
