II've been using plesk in private and business use cases for quite some time now. + a lot of configurations that would otherwise be hard to do and a lot to learn in a webgui + simple to use fail2ban, mod_security, different modern PHP-versions + backupmanager works great - quite confusing for beginners (that got better over time, but there's still a lot to do) - Documentation often too thin and short - user manangement is a mess (webusers, customers, FTP-users, . some are system users, others are not, you cannot use names multiple times, but you also cannot make user responsible for two domains - so it's lacking a simple overview of users and checkboxes for desired capabilities - Advisor gives bad rating for not installing paid tools (So it's a marketer instaed of an advisor)- advises to install kernelcare, when kernelcare does not make sense (paravirtualize d environement) - still thinks that passwords need caps, numbers and special chars to be safe -- they need to be long and not limited in usable characters! - advanced configs for some services (e.g. spamassasssin) are hidden in non-standard locations, sometimes cannot be changed (get overwritten) - SEO-Advisor has too little keywords to watch in nearly all affordable licenses - so i will not use more than the free license. Sorry guys.

Hey Plesk: not embarassed to augment prices of your clients more then 300% in 2018 when you stop licences 100 domains and oblige them to upgrade to illimited?

I can only agree that Plesk is really easy to use in every single way. The use of extensions like Git makes deploying my websites so much faster without frustration or complexity.
