Our company was established in 1963 under Mel and Edith Peterson. Gerald and Shirley Barrat purchased the company in 1979. After a few additional changes in leadership, Tom and Vikki O'Donnell, purchased the company and paved the way for our business to be a leader in heating and cooling services in Sedona and the Verde Valley. Keeping the business in the family we continue to be committed to honoring the roots of Sedona Sheet Metal Inc. now under the name Mountain Aire Heating and Cooling.
