Last winter, I used Ditter Cooling & Heating to completely remove my existing hot water heater & thru the wall Cooling system and installed a new central HVAC system. This required their time to determine size of system, designed a new duck system for level cooling/ heating in all 4 bedrooms in our two level house built in 1977 - which was a challenge with our unusual walls. My existing system was removed from inside/outside house. They took their time to make sure it worked well, answered my questions so I understood the system and they showed up everyday until project was completely finished. Great job and follow up, so I would recommend them to work on anyone's project.
For many years Ditter Cooling & Heating has serviced my whole family in their needs of heating and air. I myself have just become a first time home owner and needed an air exchanger for help with condensation of windows and overall air quality of the home. I had called a few local companies to get quotes. I then called Ditter Cooling & Heating. Explained my concerns and my situation. I got a quote on an air exchanger, an air purifier and a whole new high efficiency furnace (as this house is 20 years old with original furnace of only 80% efficiency rating). The quote I received was on a new Lennox HE furnace (top of the line brand), whole home air purifier system and a Venmar (top of the line brand) air exchanger. For all 3 top of the line pieces of equipment were less than quotes I had received on just an air exchanger alone from other companies! Not to mention the furnace alone has a 10 year parts and labor warranty! It was simply a "no brainer" price and solution! Their price could not compare to that of others.they cannot be beat! To say Ditter Cooling and Heating's price, quality and dedication are unbeatable is really an understatement. These folks go above and beyond to make sure EVERYTHING from parts to service is 110%+!
