We got a lemon and more from this company. Our system was installed last Thursday (less than a week ago). As I write this, it is the second time it is broken. It broke on Saturday. They "fixed" it on Monday. And it is now 2:40 am on Thursday. I'm so upset I want the entire system removed because I have zero confidence I am getting what I paid for. I can't wait to inform BBB my experience with a company they have accredited.
