I received, without a doubt, some the best customer service of my life from this establishment. Mac's Radiator was always prompt, thorough, and clear with me. I came to them this summer to get my Honda's A/C fixed before moving/driving across a few states. After the repair, I received multiple calls from them checking in on how everything was working and to make sure I was set for my trip. Unfortunately I had a few issues on the drive and needed further repair later on. Mac's promptly reimbursed me for this. I felt that they cared about both my safety and my car's.
